Worked on a sensitivity test project for a homeowners insurance product for the BC region. Used statistical and visual analysis to determine why the product was performing poorly compared to other regions.
Performed a re-rate filing for the miscellaneous vehicle class in PEI. Mostly adopted IAO rates and rating algorithms on this project. The results and analysis were presented to the lead actuary.
Engaged in market research and other ad hoc projects
Compiled and analyzed company data for rate analysis using Excel and SAS.
